Ayush NepalChairman
Ayush Nepal is an MBA graduate from Regis University in Colorado, USA, with over 17 years of work experience in the field of financial management. He started his career in Denver, Colorado working for Sectorquant Capital Market and The Bornhoft Group. He then moved to Nepal and worked as an equity analyst for Beed Invest Ltd. before Co-founding ARKS Capital Ltd.
Ayush also serves on the board of Koshi Gas Udhyog, Janaki Gas Udhyog, Shree Ram Gas Udhyog, and Noble Gas Udhyog Pvt ltd.
Shivanth Raj PandayManaging Director
Shivanth Raj Panday is an MBA graduate from ACE Institute of Management in Kathmandu, Nepal. He has worked in the investment management sector for over 15-years, starting his career with Beed Invest as an equity analyst.
As a Co-founder and managing director, he believes that optimal performance in fund management requires hands on involvement in all portfolios managed by the firm; is therefore directly on top of all decision making process done by fund managers at ARKS. In addition to this, he is also serving as a board member of Tara Healthcare Private Ltd.
Dhurba Pd. DahalOperation Head/ Compliance Officer
Dhurba Pd. Dahal is a master's degree holder in Business Studies with specialization in Accounting from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. He started his career at Tara Health Care Center for about 3 years. He then moved to ARKS Capital Advisors Ltd. and has been an active employee since the company's inception. Mr. Dahal is in charge of the overall operation management at ARKS. He is also responsible for compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Ranjeeta BistaBusiness Development Head
Ranjeeta Bista has more than 7 years of expertise in the capital markets and holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Apex College, Kathmandu (Pokhara University). Her scope of work includes developing client leads, overseeing their portfolios and maintaining apt correspondence with them.
Aakash ShresthaCFA, RESEARCH HEAD
Aakash Shrestha is a master's degree holder in Business Administration from Ace Institute of Management, Kathmandu (Pokhara University). He has over two years of experience in managing business finance and has more than 6 years of experience with the Nepalese equity market. He is currently working as Research Head at ARKS and leads the research team to generate investment recommendations, allocations and divestment decisions for client portfolios.
Sardha LamsalFINANCE HEAD
Sardha Lamsal is a Master's degree holder in Business Management (Finance) from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. Mrs. Lamsal has over 2 years of experience in an audit firm as an audit assistant and has more than 6 years of experience with the Nepalese equity market. Her domains in ARKS include overseeing office accounts, preparing annual budget, evaluate and decide on investments, internal audit and tax filing.
Sudarshan PandeyOperations Manager
Sudarshan Pandey is a BBS graduate from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He has worked in Donor agencies, INGOs, and International Organisations with the collaboration from Nepalese Governmental offices in the Administration/Management department for over 20 years, starting his career with the Nepal Debt Management Project, Crown Agents, UK, and Ministry of Finance, HMG/Nepal.
He started his career at ARKS as an Operations Manager in 2019. His primary duties include market research and facilitating office operations.
